Thinking about booking a photo shoot, but don’t know what to expect? Well, if you are considering Gina Mizzoni Photography for your Las Vegas photography needs, here’s a little overview of the planning process and what you can anticipate before your photo shoot.

Discuss availability.
The first step is checking both of our schedules to see which date works best. Gina Mizzoni Photography only books weekends (Saturday and Sunday). We highly recommend that you book your session at least two months in advance, since there are only limited spots available. Because we are limited to only a select few clients at a time, each client receives a highly custom experience. When you choose Gina Mizzoni Photography for your Las Vegas photography needs, you can rest assured knowing that we will put time and effort into planning a shoot that is 100% you.

Pay 50% Deposit.
(This is a new policy, effective February 15, 2014.) To secure your spot, we require that you pay 50% of your session fee at the time of booking. The remainder of your balance is due on the day of the shoot. We accept payment via PayPal at ginamizzoni@yahoo.com, for your convenience.

Complete Client Questionnaire Form.
All custom photographers should provide their clients with a questionnaire form. This assesses the clients’ wants, needs, desires and overall vision for the shoot. Sure, vision is ultimately in the hands of the photographer, but it starts with YOU, the client. For all custom lifestyle shoots, I send my clients a questionnaire form.

Exchange Ideas and Concepts.
Here’s the fun part! Once you’ve completed and submitted the questionnaire form, it’s time for us to start planning your shoot. Here’s when we begin pinning down the concept and theme for the shoot – literally. Pinterest is a huge tool for me when it comes to sharing ideas with clients. Through it, we share poses, props, concepts, lighting and other elements that we like and feel fits the shoot. If a client doesn’t use Pinterest, then we utilize another means for exchanging ideas. However, I highly recommend that all clients pin with me! So after you’ve submitted your questionnaire form, the next step is creating a secret Pinterest board.

Discuss Other Details.
In the weeks and days leading up to your shoot, Gina Mizzoni Photography is available to answer any questions you may have. We also provide tips and suggestions for what to wear to your photo shoot, and how to prepare for the big day.
